Flyer Design Brief

I need a postcard design for monthly mail delivery which I can reuse for all seasons. I am a realtor in Toronto, Canada for Re/max. It must be fresh but professional. The demographics are young families in the Long Branch area of Toronto. The design can't just be of a big house on a large lot as most homes here are quite close to each other. The neighborhood is very family-oriented with young professionals with nice storefronts on the main street (Lake Shore).
There is a headshot of me which has to be on the left hand side. The re/max logo and qr code has to be somewhere but does not have to prominent. Thanks a million!

• - must have the feel of a big city NOT town/suburb
• - must be double-sided
• - fancy signature for my name
• "A realtor with integrity that excels for you!"

Nice to have

• parks and water as Long Branch is right at the lake (Lake Ontario).

Should not have

• Buildings or tall condos or a large house on a large lot or a bunch of row houses or cookie-cutter houses or interiors of homes
