Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new business based in Sydney, Australia called "Red Lantern Gallery". We are involved in selling re-production and original oil-paintings. Our clients order their favorite painting and we paint it for them. We also commission personal portraits. Our target market is individuals residing in Australia who are interested in Art.

We would like a design which is very simple yet contemporary, contains a western/middle eastern style lantern (not a Chinese lantern). Colours are preferred to be red and black. The design needs to communicate Arts and Creativity.
