Logo Design Brief

Logo for a beerhouse that sells international beers and serves small foods like pizza, fried vegetables and meat, fish and so on.
The idea of the logo is to either
- show an an abbot with a glas of beer (could be comic style or real)
or
- show an abbey (building) - as well here any type of graphic is possible
In both cases the logo should have included text "Cerveceria - La Abadía de Tías"
