Logo Design Brief

The Casual Capitalist series will consist of a number of information products, primarily eBooks, that help people make money on the internet through a number of different activities. These are going to be micro-jobs for those with full-time jobs. It will help people all over create extra streams of income.

The theme of the Casual Capitalist series is actually quite simple. It has been termed a number of things over the years - Chicken entrepreneur, moonlighter, freelancer, amongst others. A Casual Capitalist is someone who gets bored in their day-to-day life. A Casual Capitalist seeks out income generating opportunities outside of their full-time employment. A Casual Capitalist is devoted to gathering and digesting information. A Casual Capitalist wants to make their, as well as those around them, lives better by creating financial stability. At it's simplest form, a Casual Capitalist takes action, and the information products are designed to help with that. But first, we need a brand, a logo, a mascot, whatever. We want something that exudes the above description, something casual, something financial, something slightly professional, yet not arrogant.

This logo will then be used for website designs, eBook covers, and social media platforms. So it's important to get this one right. No color preferences, but something that is more versatile would be favored.

To be clear, we prefer a logo that appears 'casual' and 'financial' in nature. Nothing abstract.
