Hi,

Dear, we like to support you, but you are asking too much for the prize of the contest.
The price may be ok for a confirm project, but not for a design contest.

Making following changes may help you find better options for you:

- Limit the Scope to the First site design
- Mention that designers can first send design for home page of that only and once approve can proceed further for other inner pages
- The in-design task should be removed

These are just some suggestions, that might help you achieve best results.

Thank you for your suggestion.

I agree that only first page design is fine to me to select designer.
Once done, we''ll look in-depth for the other requirements.

Once the Home-page is done, the other pages are relatively similar, it''s mainly the color that change.

Regarding the In-design task, it could be reduce for those 4 pages : 1 (cover) + 5 (summary) + 7 (Market overview) + 8 (training syllabus)
And can be done on other software.
Again, it''s very similar to the homepage design.
