Logo Design Brief

We have rebranded one of our existing development companies and amalgamated several development projects into one brand. We specialise in residential housing projects of medium nature for our market here in Auckland, New Zealand.

The new (renamed) company is called Falconer & Co Ltd. No need to include Ltd in your logo but either Falconer or Falconer & Co needs to be present. Obviously this name brings up thoughts of falconry: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Falconry or of birds.

The logo could reflect that but we are indifferent to whether logo features an abstract bird or not. We want the brand and logo to have an established look about it. Our housing is upper end so the look and feel of the logo needs to represent this. Each project is branded separately however with Falconer as the developer sitting behind each projects brand.

I have attached a render an example of the type of property we develop. The image is from Queenstown, New Zealand.

To be successful we would like the logo shown in several formats/layouts and be visually represented on several different mediums (business card, sign etc.)
