Logo Design Brief

I want the logo contains "Ching's Kitchen" with a big "c" to cover few of the letters. I want the logo is easy to recognise at far, easy to remember, using warm color, customers must tell it is a Chinese restaurant when they look at the logo. The target market is middle class so not to be old fashion or too traditional. Logo can't be too complicated or too simple.
