Logo Design Brief

Public comprehensive high school with a performing arts magnet. So we have a school within a school, in addition to the arts students can still play football, soccer, be on the drum line etc.. Our motto is "What's Your Fire?" Our school colors are the same as USC Trojans, maroon,golden yellow, and black. Our mascot is a dragon. Please see the attached logo. We want something like that with more detail . Like the circular design using the dragon .
