I need a logo for a new consultancy, which provides market entry and strategy solutions for Asia markets to western companies.
The company name is "Scalability Group" .
The premise is offering solutions that are scalable (low-risk, but able to be ramped up). The name is also a play on "scaling" (or climbing) high obstacles.

There is also a tagline: "Growth Strategies for Asia"

I'll need a logo that communicates innovation, but also experience (safety)

I would like to a design that uses navy blue and white
