Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a logo that is for a food and beverage business. I do smoked BBQ, a American Southern tradition, although I am not from the south. I do not have a restaurant, but I cook to order from my home and do catering. I also have sauces and spice rubs available.

Where I am living at currently, the concept of BBQ here is different than the BBQ I do. So I would like to incorporate smoke, wood, and or fire into the logo as well as something related to a bear (a kodiak bear to be specific, and of course BBQ. I am fairly open to ideas and am familiar with the creative process. So we can see where it takes us. I would like a logo, that would be good in black and white, and color. I will need vector and rasterized files. I repeat vector and raster. If you do not know the difference or can not supply them both, do not register to do this logo. You will waste both of our times.

The name to be used in the logo is BBQ Bear.

Target Market(s)

People who are looking to have food catered to them once every two weeks and for special events. This logo could also be used in bottling of sauces and spices.
