I can not view the file, I got the message saying it was made in a newer version of AI so I can not open it in CS6.

i need the payment to be guaranteed for me to submit a design for this project

As a logo designer, i always tend to study what logo I am supposed to work on to be able to communicate with the target audience accordingly. Will you give me some idea about what this logo is for? Second, would you mind down-save the file into a lower version as well? Thanks and will appreciate so much.
