Logo Design Brief

I have recently bought a venue and I am going to change it into a bar. The bar is going to be called 'South Beats' and I need a logo that is eye-catching, playful and appealing to potential new customers.
The reason why we are calling the bar 'South Beats' is because it will be situated in the 'South' of England and it will be predominately a music venue (i.e Music 'Beats')
This logo will feature on all our marketing posters, menus etc so image is everything.
