Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a professional speaker. We would like to have the name included in the design (Levi Schroder) or at least the initials (LS). The speaker talks about workplace culture, employee engagement and generational differences in the workplace. We are open to colors but we would prefer the logo to be professional in appearance. The design should communicate professionalism as well as promoting the fire we have in changing the workplace.
