Logo Design Brief

I am changing the name of my company from Garic Consulting to Garic Leadership. The company specializes in developing leaders, managers, and talent in organizations through training, business coaching, and psycho-metric testing. Garic Consulting is a 13-year old company and is widely known in the southeast U.S. for its ability to help leaders achieve their full potential. We would like to see designs that use the words "Garic" and "Leadership" in a graphic way, one that invokes leadership in action. In terms of colors, I'd like to see various shades blue with some use of reds and possibly black.
