T-shirt Design Brief

We need a design for our martial arts school T-shirt. Our students wear these T-shirts to train in during summer, but we want a T-shirt that they will want to wear everywhere.

T-shirt will be black and needs to have a place to incorporate our basic Logo (se www.masseysblackbelt.com.au) and can be front or back facing ...

Dragons, Japanese or chinese themes are appropriate but open to any ideas. We want to make the T-shirts a yearly event that our students look forward to or even want to give their friends.

We hope to use this design on hoodies the following winter as well.

Our style is Loong Chi Do Kenpo

Loong Chi Do roughly translates to the way of the powerful dragon
Kenpo roughly translates to fist law.

I'm happy for the Logo to be subtle in the design but it should have "Massey's Black Belt Academy" or "Loong Chi Do Kempo" (or Kenpo I'm not fussed on the spelling of that)

I put this up as a quote previously but don't really know what I'm meant to do here so any questions or feed back would be good. ta.

We're getting some truly remarkable designs from a few designers but most are just resubmissions of the files I attached... 
I don't want the logo to make up the design... I want a shirt that draws on the elements of the logo to create the design.  You could say, uses the logo as inspiration.... 

When I refer in the brief to "incorporate the logo" it would be secondary to the design. Only enough to make the shirt belong to us... if you get my drift.  It could be just the name without the full logo, the logo could be small on the breast or neck or sleeve etc...  

I can pull the logo apart and design my own shirt... That's not what I'm searching for.  I'm searching for something more creative that can be screen printed or heat-pressed onto the shirt, that people will want to wear as street wear but still ties them to our school.  

There are really only 2 designers so far that have provided this and we are considering a second place prize as well.

Please keep in mind these need to be screen printed or heat pressed on to shirts or varying sizes.

We've picked Winners.... 

I just wanted to take this chance to thank ALL designers for their effort.  There are some truly great designs and we will probably contact you in the future to ask to use your designs.

Unfortunately we can only pick 2 at this time and there e are many factors we've taken into account.  We've asked our students to vote and it's still given us more than 4 outcomes.... 

We'll post the winners as soon as we work out how.... Thanks for your creativity.

    I designed the logo... If I need it stuck on a shirt I could do that.... I want something people will WANT to wear .... I need the logo on it but it's secondary to a cool shirt......

    The logo I''ve supplied isn't "sacred'' territory... It's there to say who we are. It should tie to our school but not be so brazen that it overrides everything else.
