I'd like to make a comment about my brief. On reflection, it looks as if it could end up being rather stark since the colors are brown and black, which I don't want. Could you perhaps include one sample design with a colored background of some sort? Also, the plume doesn't need to go all the way across the top of the rectangle. Thank you.

The logo will be used to upload into an existing website, and also for business cards and perhaps stationery. Thank you.

The file I thought I had attached was a black & white drawing of a small quill pen with a feathered top sitting almost upright in a bottle of ink. I'd like something like that, but with more fluff on the quill's feather, but don't want it to be totally black and white since I'll also be using it for the heading on my website. Thank you.

P.S. I'm not sure I want the logo to be completely black and white since I'll be using it both for my website and business cards.
