Thank you for looking at my project.
The site will be a place for people to upload their pictures that would allow other users rate and comment on their picture.
I would like it wordpress coded. The main page would be a preview of images into three category. When users clicked on the category or image they would be taken to a gallery of images organized by title of theme. just like a blog.
It is essential that users be able to register and only have privileges to post an image only with some caption. I don't want them to have the full wordpress features.

The website www.worth1000.com/ is extremely close to what I want to accomplish.

I didn't want to guarantee the money yet in case i didn't offer enough.
