What file type can we submit? .xcf, .jpeg, .png, etc.?

Besides using "Find me on DesignCrowd" copy on the logo, can I use any other name other than my own name, like my company's name?

Hi! The size is 1200x1000 px, in my country it means landscape format (1000 height). Is it correct?
