Logo Design Brief

We are in the process of opening up a unique business.
The business will be a cafe and bookshop during the daytime trading hours, and a wine bar and bookshop during the evening.
We have struggled to come up with an appropriate name for the business, and we are hoping that a creative designer may be able to propose both a name and a Logo.
The business is cozy, inviting, and luxurious without being pretentious. The bookshop stocks both second-hand and new books and tends to be more literary-based than popular fiction based. We also have a large children's area that will be utilised heavily during the daytime cafe hours. The cafe caters for standard breakfast, lunch, and morning/afternoon tea.
The wine bar stocks premium Australian organic wines and serves tapas-style dishes only.
We really would like the name and the logo to reflect the warm, inviting nature of the business and also (hopefully!) reflect the cafe/wine bar / bookshop nature. All and any ideas are most welcome - please feel free to contact me directly with any questions.
In consideration of the best design we would like to partner with the designer for development of all business collateral.
