Can you make it clear what is Madison Resources llc? and what do you mean for Big Sky?

Madison Resources is a Oil and Gas Mineral interest company. Madison Valley is a location in southwestern Montana and the Madison mountain range runs along the edge of the valley. Big Sky is the logo used for the State of Montana and refers to the wide open bright blue sky.
