i agree, i have several locations available of different sizes as i intend to franchise the business.
please have a look at my web site www.nicohelmets.com , these are some of the helmets i will be selling or renting. they are already in production and they live stream , the str will offer the downloading facilities, editing etc but at the same time offer the restaurant side of the business. its a new concept of store for the ski resorts and hasn't been done before.

Hi. I've just gone through the brief thoroughly would love to work on the project. If your just after a general look and feel as in concept art, then $280 is ok but if your after a detailed 3d model render of the entire proposal could you consider increasing the budget as it's very low for so much work. hi cornel, the price is $480 not $280, but i am happy to pay you more personally if you are able to create a few designs, maybe split the designs into 2 or 3 areas, the entrance, then the restaurant/coffee long area and then the retail/TV/computer and cottage editing area.
