Web Design Brief

I am launching an SEO website and I am looking to have the site designed. There are a total of 8-10 pages that will need to be designed. I am providing 2 pages off the bat and will work with a designer once these 2 pages are complete. I have never posted a contest for website design (only logos, brochures, etc) so please let me know if there is anything you need from me. I am uploading 2 versions of our logo - a horizontal and a vertical version. I was thinking of getting these rendered in 3d, but I am just going with these for now. I am hoping to complete all work in 10 days, so hopefully the right design for the 1st 2 pages are submitted promptly.

We provide search engine optomization tools and backlinking tools. We provide free research tools as well as cost effective packages for SEO.

I am including 2 word files that have info about the home page and keyword summary page. Additional pages will include: Keyword Research Summary, The Que, Reports, etc.

I am also uploading a zip file that has some examples of home pages that I like. None of them are exactly what I am looking for, but they have certain elements that I like.

I am looking for a clean design and stands out and has good use of color.
