Logo Design Brief

We need a full color logo that also translates well into a two (2) color and possible a one (1) color design.

We would like attention drawn to the "ink" in inkologist. We are not drawn to any particular color theme. We want something fun nothing that feels to corporate or "dry". We do like the idea of incorporating an octopus or an ink drop/splat/drip/splatter to the design. We don't necessarily need to see both of them incorporated into the design though.
