Business Card Design Brief

This is a business card for a real estate agent in Toronto ON

-the design should have both front and back of the card

-it should be sophisticated and should not feel cluttered (even though there is a lot of info that needs to be included)

-the brokrage main colors are white, red and black, however an accent color can be incorporated if it adds to the design and to differentiate from other agents in same brokerage.

-the card should feel clean and crisp and should communicate trust/experience/value

-the "100 years" part of the company logo can be either of the included designs and doesnt have to be right beside the royal lepage part, but the royal lepage part must stay as is (maybe the 100 years can be prominent on the back of the card)
