Logo Design Brief

Need a logo that's more "serious" and less playful than the last.
Don't want to add too many restrictions on design. Just need something eye catching and easily recognisable.
Look at uploads for inspiration. The logo will be used on signage, packaging and wall art. Minor variations in the design would be an advantage. Example, different colour combinations, logo with and without business name, logo with and without slogan etc.

Project Deadline Extended Reason: Hi,I have extended the deadline to give designers another chance to submit more designs based on the new brief. The designs we received were good but just lacked the wow factor. New specifications are as follows:We want a logo that has an emblem that resembles a samurai/Asian emblem similar to the pictures I have uploaded.
