Denali Homes LLC, is a Real Estate Investment Company based in Alaska.

We will be doing business with:
- property owners that want to sell
- property buyers that want to buy property
- other investors (they lend us money to purchase properties)
- Realtors
- Contractors
- Financial Institutions

we do many different transactions, but specialize in purchasing distressed properties and renovate them for resale. This is interesting & beneficial to many different parties
- hard money lenders earn good interest return on their money (they lend money to purchase the home while we rehab it)
- current owner is getting rid of a distressed property and getting paid cash fast
- completely remodeled home available now in a (currently tight) market. More options for buyers
In addition, we also wholesale properties
we are looking to acquire properties as assets that we'll keep as rentals
We are located in Alaska but are looking to do business in other states as well in the future

Must have

• Business Name
• Love some of the submission I have seen. One thing that I'm surprised no one has used yet.
• I live in Alaska and I used Denali as a business name because of Mt. Mc Kinley. The tallest mountain in North America. Mount McKinley is here in Alaska.
• The Natives don't call the mountain McKinley - they call it Denali. It means 'the great one'
• would love to see something incorporated in the logo, that represents 'the great one' - obviously I would like for my business to become 'a great one' too.
