How much images are required for interior and exterior, and what viewing angles do you need ?
For accurate 3D model CAD files are necessary.

i will render all images in 3D max with Vray Render

You need 5 top realistic renders with all furniture and details and money you offer is enough for one, maybe two, render in top class reality.Money you offer is saim as for logo design and here is a much more work.

In agreement with the other posts, your budget needs to be increased by a significant amount. I am interested in this project, but need more information, primarily CAD files.
