Logo Design Brief

looking for a logo design that I can use on all my marketing. I am a residential real estate agent. I work for the company Realty Executives Premiere. Their company color is a light blue, which is currently the background on my business card. I am wanting a professional looking logo that maybe incorporates some type of image, maybe a house or roof top, or something that would signal to a customer "Real Estate". Willing to look at any color options that would stand out and catch the consumers eye (of course not pink, purple, etc). Looking for more than just a fancy font which is what I currently have. wondering how to incorporate my head shot with the logo....I have attached my photo and am wondering how that will work.
