Print Design Brief

Using text and images and example supplied produce a print ready 2 page proposal. Designer must send print ready pdf files with all fonts embedded.
Please include crop marks plus 3mm bleed all round.

Also please supply this in a template word format as well so we can email it out. This will be in a 3 page form and have a notes section on the 3rd page.
