Web Design Brief

Our Company name is: Arkansas Staff Assisted Hemodialysis, we offer a valuable service to renal patients, who cannot dialyze in-center. ASAH sends a licensed nurse to the patient's home, to perform the lifesaving procedure of hemodialysis. Our clinic, which will also perform in-center hemodialysis, offers CKD training as well as a support group where guest speakers, patients, and anyone who wishes to attend can share their experiences. We are the 1st ESRD clinic in Arkansas to offer these services. We would like links to different patient resources (recipes) , as well as a prospective patient interactive form that is HIPAA compliant. We would also like a tab where prospective employees can view our job openings. We would also like to have a map of our location, the qualifications of our staffs, a listing of our affiliations.
