Book Cover Design Brief

"Vierjährling" is a novel classified by the author as fantasy/young adult fiction. It needs a full cover for a print book (a template is attached). The task includes providing the cover with German text and just the "plain" cover without text.

The cover should show the following things:
* The setting: A medieval city road. For inspiration, please refer to the attached picture 1, 2 and 3. Lighting is either dusk or night.
* In the background, an old-school caravan is standing on the street. For inspiration, please refer to the attached picture 4. Light might be coming from the three windows.
* A boy, 18 years old (short brown hair), shown from the back. Only the shoulders and head are visible (maybe a part of the back). He is situated to the left and central lower part of the front cover. For the general set-up, please refer to the attached picture 5.
* Over the right shoulder of the boy, a rabbit looks out of the cover. Refer to the attached picture 6 and instead of the small child, imagine the rabbit (Picture 7).
* The rabbit has a sign hanging around its neck. The sign is lying/hanging on/over the back of the boy and features the following text "30. Februar 1712" in big letters.
* Both my name (Yves Gorat Stommel) and the title (Vierjährling) should be on both the cover and the spine.
* The back cover should feature a block of text (around 20 lines), which I will provide in the coming days.

Style-wise, I do like covers as attached (pictures 7 through 13), but am open to other ideas. The characters, city and caravan should NOT be photo-realistic but stylized (closer to graphic novel-style).
