A few questions for you:
1. Do you want this piece to be full bleed?
2. Will you be getting it professionally printed?
3. You have a deadline of July 16th, but your brief says that more copy is to come. When will your copy be finalized and uploaded to the task?

On a side note: I love designing infographics and creating great typographic material and would love the opportunity to design this flier for you.

1. Don't really have a preference on the bleed...whatever works best with the design
2. Yes. Professionally printed. But not doing huge runs of it ...probably like 250-500 at a time.
3. This may sound kind of strange...but I'd love to see a first pass at something and then may create/ tweak copy to fit. This is still an evolving work in progress thing.
