Logo Design Brief

We need a logo redesign for a Los Angeles based real estate investment and management company called Ocean West Capital Partners LLC. Ocean West buys and manages commercial real estate, mainly offices and apartments/condos. You can see our current logo on our website: www.oceanwestcp.com. We would like the new logo to use the following colors: blue, gold (yellow), and silver (grey). The final design should communicate financial stability and, if possible, growth. Also, the logo needs both dark-background and white-background versions.
