Postcard Design Brief

We need a quick postcard to mail out to our alumni telling them that they are invited to vote on a new ballot of alumni officers. I purchased a 4 color picture I want to use for the front of the postcard from istock but I can't get it to upload. Someone can email me at Elaine.crowe@ololcollege.edu and I will email them the image. The final design needs to be clean and easy to read.
