Well, I honestly don't know what else to do.
I've completed the Brief, shows 100%, and paid up as a guaranteed payment.
And It just sits there. There is no obvious next step, that I can see.
No "submit" or "go".
It shows a status as 'Under review'.
Perhaps the next step is not mine.
