Logo Design Brief
We need a logo for a new mixed-use apartment and retail store community. It will be a vibrant, exciting place with public art, fountains, trees, parks and a central plaza. It will be a new center of living in the neighborhood. It will have apartment buildings, stores for people to shop, wide brick sidewalks and tree-lined streets. We prefer a minimalist, modern look. Less is more. We like negative space and type is very important to us.
