International Real Estate was the top commercial brokerage firm in this region for 15 years.
IRE Development has developed, leased, and manages close to 2 million sq. feet in Otay Mesa, Calexico and the Eastlake area of Chula Vista. The projects range from large industrial parks, office buildings and retail centers. IRE’s latest project is the Eastlake Design District, a 450,000 sq. ft. Home Fashion Center. Its distinctive architecture, attractive landscaping and expertly maintained curb appeal distinguish every project. Each project is professionally managed and maintained by IRE Development’s experienced staff.
