Print Design Brief
We'd like to produce a standard sales proposal template for Microsoft Word that better represents our company than our current template. Right now we have a very basic, dated look and feel to our template. We would like a proposal that graphically reflects our current branding, cleanly communicates the information contained in the proposal, and keeps the reader visually engaged with the text.
Our proposal documents consistently include the following hierarchy of information. We’d like a template designed to be flexible to change in this hierarchy, with a focus on cohesive design elements (heading fonts and styling, etc.):
- Cover Page
- Table of Contents
- Executive Summary
- Project Approach
- Sample Work/Select Clients List
- About Jackson River
- References
- Project Milestones and Budget
- Appendices
The primary focus is on the visual design elements: headers and footers, fonts, heading design consistency, and other graph and visual elements reflected in the attached proposal samples.
The Jackson River logo should not be altered in any way. I have attached 2 acceptable logos for use in the document. Client logos should also not be altered in any way. Placeholders for client logos in the template are appreciated for speed and accuracy of placement. Please avoid using cheesy stock photos.
