T-shirt Design Brief

I would like a teeshirt designed that I will give a gifts to friends who are joining my wife's birthday celebration.

My wife is nearest person on the attached image. I would like the designer to extract the image of her, leaving the background and other people out of the image then create a cool / fun / funky design. Please try to work in the following quote:

Youth is the gift of nature, but age is a work of art.

I've uploaded a couple more images because I've had feedback from a couple of designers that the first with Lisa dancing would be problematic and unflattering to use. Please use your imagination and chose the one you think works best. Regards, George
