Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a fresh logo & name card designs for my fashion design and retail boutique business based in Singapore. Our firm designs and sources unique clothing fashion across exotic locations from Bali and Vietnam to India and China. The firm is called "Risaia" which is Italian for "Rice Fields", a unique way to express the genesis of our aesthetic, a classic mix of Asian subtlety and beauty with European classic lines and sensibility. The overall look should be natural, a feeling of relaxation, holiday, (not spa-like); feminine, comfortable, and modern. The women who wear our clothes are confident in themselves and embrace their femininity. We think of colours like blue Aegean waters, green rice fields, orange monks robes, saffron spice, white sandy beaches. From the colour palette point of view, I am fond of two tone, or gradient expressions of colour (ex: dark blue fading to light blue)... for the text, I look forward to your thoughts. Attached with my product images, hope you can find a way to express my brand image.

Requirements

Must have

• The names MUST be incorporated. I would prefer colours be gradient (two tone or for example dark to light);

Nice to have

• Natural component that ties the name ("risaia" which is Italian for Rice Fields)

Should not have

• no pictures of rice, no cheesy tropical flower motifs, nothing stereotypical. Nothing too "ethnic"
