We are an insurance company. We have moved the company and as a result we need to change the company name. We are a small company. We provide professional liability insurance to groups of Emergency Medicine physicians. Our market is expanding to Urgennt Care Medicine and Hospitalist Medicine. We are moving to another state as a company and must change the name. The company has been Emergency Physicians Insurance Company. We can not use company in our name any longer. We will become Emergency Physicians Insurance Exchange.
