Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a new waste management consulting business called "EVR Environmental". The business currently works with clients to develop and implement sustainable waste management strategies and plans,

Designs should use clean fonts (sans serif) and replicate well in black-and-white. It would be great if a subtle and modern interpretation of the recycling symbol could be incorporated into the design (note emphasis on modern and subtle). The logo should communicate care for the environment, reliability, and care for our clients. Final files must include the original source file.
