Sorry I am new to this: I basically just need my existing website updated. Therefore I need the homepage with same amount of pages off a central index, plus an extra FAQ page. I can obviously put in the content as long as the structure is there. Io want the ability to edit the pages and their titles in the future. Does this make sense?

Just realised you may have accessed the site on a tablet/device- only the homepage shows up on these however the actual site has many sub pages.

I'm still not clear on what you want submitted.

Do you want an image showing what the new design would look like so you/your designer can find a new wordpress theme and customize it to look like the design, or do you want html/css code showing the new design and then customize the wordpress theme to look like the selected design based on the code submitted?

I don't have another designer- that is what I am doing this for.
So I will need the HTML/CSS codes written so that everything is ready to
go and can be uploaded to my domain name.

I can do that.

In the brief you mentioned needing to edit pages or add new pages down the road, so if you're new to web design, you would either need to hire a web programmer again whenever you need to make changes, learn HTML/CSS yourself to make the changes, or use a Content Management System like Wordpress or Drupal for your actual site. I am familiar with all 3 methods of web development, so what I'll do is create your HTML/CSS pages, but I'd recommend using either Drupal or Wordpress for your actual website, and using the HTML/CSS design as a model for how it will look.
