Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a website that promises to provide leads (aka, new prospective clients) to financial advisors. I'm attaching the mock up of the website.
The logo will go in the upper left corner where it says "logo here". I'd like a graphic square-shaped logo (could have rounded corners) that's the same kind of style as the other icons of the page (the house, check mark and heart).
I'd also like a version that incorporates the "Advisor Lead Machine" text so the text isn't quite so plain.
So:
1) logo/icon only
2) logo/icon plus text: "Advisor Lead Machine", formatted the same way it appears in the attached mockup with Advisor on top line and Lead Machine on bottom line and icon on left.

I'd like to incorporate the black, gray and orange you'll see in the mockup. (It could have green too, if you want to signify a money machine with bills coming out or something.)

Financial Advisors love the idea of a "marketing machine that spits out leads month after month".
So if you can graphically express that concept with a simple, iconic image/logo, that would be fantastic.

Requirements

Must have

• Simple icon. Black and/or gray and orange. (same shade of orange as in my website mockup)

Nice to have

• a stylized "machine" of some sort might be a good icon. Like an old fashioned cash register, maybe. But the icon will be displayed small, so it needs to be simple, not too complicated.

Should not have

• The icon should not have any letters or words on it.
• But I would like a version that has "Advisor Lead Machine" NEXT to it, as indicated above.
