Logo Design Brief

I would like someone to "fix up" a logo I have. I am open to having the picture of me done into a caricature or cartoonish look if you can, and then arrange the rest of the text and the logo to look good.I have the text placed into a circle, but it doesn't have to be. I just want something that looks good with this as a very rough start. It should end up in a format that can easily be placed into many different print and online applications, including flyers, mailers business cards, and ads. Perhaps a tif or jpg file.
