Dear Project Owner,

A quick question - are you very particular that the design be a PSD file or it is okay if I submit an HTML file. It requires the same amount of effort, at least for me, and the quality is definitely better! Not just that it will be easy to edit it and continue to work on it at a later stage.
Let me know if you are ok with it.
Looking forward to submitting a design soon!

I have completed your design , but somehow I could not find the submission button for the design. And today is 29th, as I know that until 12.00clock night I can submit the design. But right now I am submitting the design vai link. Please see this and if you like this and take some necessary steps to submit this  design via submission button.
