I am not sure what MOI. Stands for. The design should be high enough resolution that is can put it on a t- shirt if need be. Someone told me to also get it as a vector image?

Size and resolution should be enough that could add it to a t-shirt if we wanted to. Is pretty large. And then we could shrink it down for my marketing flyers and website. Someone told me to also get it as a vector image.? Sorry I am not a computer person or a designer so I am not sure to answer you questions 100% accurate
