Graphic Design Brief

I am a realtor that works in the beach area of st Augustine and the first coast of florida- I would like a catchy logo for use on my letterhead -business cards- letterhead- etc... was thinking of a Labrador with a briefcase in its mouth at a front door maybe with waves behind- simple- effective eye catching- but professional- I also thought of saying " Voted Number 1 Realtor by an independent lab" ... clean- a lot of white space- use of dark teal color and maybe chocolate lab - accent color of pink- just thoughts (local Expertise...Global Exposure...25 Plus Years... Priceless!)

Target Market(s)

buyers and sellers of real estate- investors... second home buyers... primary homebuyers... first time buyers... relocation... land... all of NE FLORIDA.... but mainly the coastal areas from Atlantic Beach south to Palm coast... and inland

Requirements

Must have

• something to connote we are at the beach area- I like to use an animal if possible- like a Labrador dog- (faithful, smart, service oriented...etc...)

Nice to have

• simple background- interesting front door- briefcase in labs mouth at front door- maybe sitting or..... any other ideas welcome- I feel dogs attract the vision- I work with service and rescue dogs so donate to those causes- I also donate to breast cancer as having been a breast cancer survivor- therefore my idea of dark teal and some pink accents- My last name is marshall and I do like the font style of Marshall's Department Store- recognizable (

• should be clean looking and easily recognizable- so when people see it - they know its me---- not a lot going on- effective- simple- clean- straight forward- but interesting
