Graphic Design Brief
I work for a company that designs leadership development experiences for Global 1000 companies. Our Leadership experiences are aimed at affecting the mindset, skillset, and toolset of the executives/managers that attend our experiences. To this end, I have a program for operational managers and we want to design a program framework that orients the participants to their roles as leaders in the current operating context and acts as a guide for the content development and experience structure.
Roles (potentially three overlapping circles - a venn diagram (open to other ideas as well): Each circle/object has one word in it - translator, value driver, and catalyst. In the center we would have the words "Operational and Functional Leaders". This could also be around the three circles.
Optimizing Value, Developing Others, Driving Performance, Managing Risk, Engaging Others - These words "may", they don't have to, surround the venn diagram type object that has the operational leaders roles. These phrases should connect to the following words -
Value Driver - Optimizing Value should be proximate to Value Driver and Managing Risk should be directly associated with Value Driver
Driving Performance should go between Value Driver and Catalyst
Engaging Others should be directly correlated with Catalyst and Developing Others should sit between Catalyst and Translator
In terms of colors I'm attaching a word document with the color specifications. Feel free to use gradients, different shapes and get creative or stay standard.
In one of the documents you will see 5-6 graphics on one slide. From this slide the client liked the circles in 3 (wrong colors). He then sent us slide 2 which is his interpretation of what could be. We then developed a couple other ideas, but they just aren't hitting the mark. feel free to odd a stick figure in the middle indicating a leader or just make this better!!!
