I would like to submit my proposal for the brochure. However I need to know if you already have a particular size or are open for suggestions?

Regularly the brochure could be a letter size format folded in two panels or three. A full letter size page front and back could be an option as well.

Let me know so I can finish my layouts and submit them for consideration before the contest close.

Good question! I am really open at this point. But I don't want it to be too cumbersome. It needs to be something someone can pick up off my table at an expo to take it back to the office to give to someone else who wants to know what we do. I want it to be easy to pick up and carry out with your other papers if you are picking up at a conference or expo. So I am thinking either traditional tri-fold brochure OR a 1 page front and back - but not letter size - more like a rectangle shape and could be on more durable paper, more like cardstock. I don't expect it is something I will ever mail. I hope this helps! Let me know if you want more clarity or have other questions.
